OEE Tools app for iPhone and iPad

Thanks to the OEE Tools mobile application, you can access the production data flowing from the production hall and monitor it on your phone. Depending on configuration and data availability, the information you can get is:
* Machine uptime,
* Machine downtime with reason,
* Scrap amount with reason,
* Availability rate result,
* Performance rate result,
* Quality rate result,
* OEE result.

All the results may be observed for a single machine, a single production line (a set of machines), a group of production lines and for the entire factory.

No worries, the application does not support any actions to be made in the production infrastructure. It’s a read only interface to the factory data. It obviously uses a secure connection and authentication features to increase security.

The application does not support self registration but you will find links to the OEE Tools project website within the app. You can contact us and discuss how to implement the system in your factory.

From version 1.1 the application provides features for users that do not have an account. You can read a theory that stands behind the OEE metric and calculate OEE using a simple and easy to use calculator.
